May 7 is a significant day that marks the 8 th anniversary of the visit to the People’s Republic of China by respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).
Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited Dalian on May 7-8, 2018, and met with Comrade Xi Jinping again.
Delighted to see each other again in just over a month since their last meeting in Beijing in March, the top leaders of the two countries discussed about further strengthening the DPRK-China friendship and cooperation and exchanged in-depth views on the solutions to important issues of common concern.
The frequent meetings and talks between the top leaders of the two countries served as an important motive force for strengthening support and cooperation in the socialist cause of the two countries and for advancing the DPRK-China friendship more vigorously as required by the new era.
