Kim Jong Un , Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, received a reply message from H.H. Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait on October 19.
The reply message from the Emir of Kuwait reads as follows:
I extend my warm greetings to Your Excellency.
I acknowledge with a note of thanks the receipt of the congratulatory message you have sent in the name of the government and people of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea in respect of my assumption of office as Emir.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to you for having sent congratulatory message of warm feelings, and I concur with your view on the importance of increased development of cooperation between the State of Kuwait and the friendly DPRK.
I wish you good health and happiness as well as continuous development of excellent relations of friendship and cooperation between our two countries.
