The Pyongyang Leather Shoes Factory, established in October 1970, is mass-producing leather shoes that suit the tastes, aesthetic feelings, physical constitutions and ages of people and the seasons.
According to its business strategy “Produce more and better things”, the factory is giving priority to the development of new goods and improvement of their quality.
Every year, it frequently organizes a product show which is open to not only scientists but all producers, and introduces good inventions into production.
Its shoes produced by introducing new techniques and designs according to various foot types have diversified forms and strong adhesion and resistance to wear.
This year alone, it produced hundreds of thousands of pairs of quality and stylish leather shoes for men, women and children in over one hundred kinds.
The products are favourably commented as they are refined in shapes and colours and light and comfortable.
