Kim Jong Un , Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), received a reply message from Mahmoud Abbas, President of the State of Palestine and Chairman of Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, on November 18.
The reply message reads as follows:
Please accept my greetings.
On behalf of the State of Palestine, its people and on my own behalf, I extend deep gratitude to Your Excellency and the friendly people of the DPRK for having sent a congratulatory message with warm wishes on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the Proclamation of the State of Palestine.
I take this opportunity to reiterate my thanks to the DPRK for sending invariable support and encouragement to the righteous cause of the Palestinian people for realizing their legitimate rights to freedom and independence, and express my conviction that the durable relations of friendship between the peoples of the two countries would further strengthen and develop in the mutual interests.
I sincerely wish Your Excellency good health in happiness and success in the work as well as the friendly government and people of the DPRK continuous progress and prosperity.
