The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea sent a congratulatory message to the 11th Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party on January 13.
The WPK Central Committee in its message warmly congratulated the LPRP upon its 11th Congress and, through the congress, extended warm comradely greetings to all its members.
It noted that the LPRP has made a big success in national defence and state building by wisely organizing and leading the struggle of all its members and other people to implement the decision made at its 10th Congress for the past five years.
It expressed firm belief that the 11th Congress of the LPRP would serve as a turning point in marking a new milestone in the struggle for further strengthening the leadership role of the party and achieving the prosperity of the country.
It sincerely wished the congress big success in its work, expressing conviction that the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two parties and the two countries that have been put on a higher stage under the deep care of the top leaders of the two countries would grow stronger in the joint struggle for accomplishing the cause of socialism.
