Artistes of Wangjaesan Art Troupe Gives First Performance at Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex

The artistes of the Wangjaesan Art Troupe gave the first music and dance performance at the house of culture of the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex on February 20.
The performance started with music "Song of Advance of Socialism". Put on the stage were such colourful numbers as female chorus "Glory to General Kim Jong Un ", dance "Fly, Our Tri-colour National Flag", male trio "Hymn to the Party" and tap dance “Campfire, Flare up”.
Performers gave rich musical representation and artistic description of the greatness of the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un .
Dance "Smelters" impressively depicted the history and tradition of the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex that has taken the lead in devotedly upholding the cause of the Workers’ Party of Korea with increased iron and steel production.
Such colourful numbers as mixed septet "My Prospering Country" and national dance "Janggu dance" were put on the stage, delighting the audience.
Female quintet “Let Us Make Another Great Leap Forward under the Banner of Self-reliance” and mixed chorus "We Will Travel the Road to Socialism Only" were applauded by the audience as they inspired the workers, scientists and technicians of the complex with enthusiasm for the revolution and patriotism.
Song and dance "Cheers of the People" marked the climax of the performance.
After the performance, the audience congratulated the entertainers on their successful performance, presenting bouquets to them.
The performance continues.
