Diaz-Canel Bermudez as regards the successful holding of the 8th Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba and his election as First Secretary of
the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba.
Upon authorization of the General Secretary of the WPK, Kim Song Nam, Director of International Department of the Party Central Committee, paid a congratulatory visit to the Cuban Embassy in the DPRK on April 20th and courteously conveyed to Jesus De Los Angeles
