Kim Yo Jong, Deputy Department Director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, issued a press statement on the 2nd.
The statement said.
Some time ago, "defectors from the north" committed again an unpardonable crime of scattering leaflets against the DPRK.
We had already gravely warned the south Korean authorities for their consent of the reckless leafleting of the human scums which will seriously effect the inter-Korean relations.
Nevertheless, the south Korean authorities did not check the rash act of the human scums this time again.
We are very displeased with this.
We will examine counteraction, regarding disgraceful act of the human sums in south Korea as a serious provocation against our state.
No matter what decision and measures we take, the consequences arising therefrom will entirely go to the south Korean authorities who did not control the human scums.
We will no longer tolerate it.
