-The first children's foodstuff factory
On October 15, Juche 66(1977) the great leader
Kim Il Sung
chose the site for the Pyongyang Children's Foodstuff Factory. And he fixed varieties of the children's foodstuffs to be produced at the factory.
Under his concern, other children's foodstuff producers came to be built across the country.
-On the early morning of July 8
On July 8, Juche 90(2001) marking the 7th anniversary of the demise of the great leader
Kim Il Sung
the people across the country cherished his memory with humblest reverence and ardent yearning for him. That day, the great leader
Kim Jong Il
, though he felt painful over the demise of
Kim Il Sung
more than anybody else, called at the Pyongyang Children's Foodstuff Factory early in the morning soon after visiting the then Kumsusan Memorial Palace.
He highly praised the factory for having produced children's nutrients without letup even in the days of trials in the 1990s when the country had to make the arduous march and forced march.

The respected
Kim Jong Un
gave field guidance to the Pyongyang Children's Foodstuff Factory in December Juche 103(2014).
He said: What we should preferentially implement the party policies is to produce the children's foodstuffs. There are many policies and the most important of them is to preferentially ensure the production of the children's foodstuffs.
We have many problems to be solved. But nothing is more important than the production of the children's foodstuffs. I will never make concessions on the issue of production of the children's foodstuffs.
Thanks to their warm love, the Korean children are stoutly growing into future masters.
