The General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Democratic Congo said leader Kim Jong Il built the WPK into a Party which works, regarding it as the supreme principle of its activities to improve the material and cultural life of the people. The General Secretary of the Central Committee of the New Yugoslav Communist Party noted that Kim Jong Il made a great contribution to the world history of politics with his wise political diplomacy and advanced the human cause of independence.
