Officials, working people, service personnel of the Korean People’s Army and youth and students across the country visited the statues of the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and paid a high tribute to them on July 27, the 68th anniversary of the victory in the great Fatherland Liberation War.
Placed at the statues of the great leaders on Mansu Hill in the capital city of Pyongyang were flower baskets in the names of Party, government and armed forces organs, public organizations, ministries and national agencies, units of the KPA and the Public Security Forces, institutions, industrial establishments, universities and schools at all levels in the city.
The visitors made a deep bow to the statues of the great leaders.
Flower baskets, bouquets and flowers in the names of institutions and enterprises, KPA and PSF units were laid at the statues of the peerlessly great men and their smiling portraits in different parts of the city, including Kim Il Sung University, the Ministry of National Defence and the Mansudae Art Studio.
Working people, KPA service personnel and youth and students in other parts of the country visited the statues and smiling portraits of the great leaders in their residential areas to pay homage to them.
