The third enlarged plenary meeting of the Seventh Central Committee of the Socialist Women’s Union of Korea was held on October 20 through the video conference system.
It was attended by members and alternate members of the SWUK Central Committee.
Present there as observers were officials of the SWUK Central Committee and women’s union officials in provinces, cities and counties.
The meeting discussed the issues of thoroughly implementing the important tasks set forth by the historic policy speech “On the Orientation of Present Struggle for a Fresh Development of Socialist Construction” the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un delivered at the 5th Session of the 14th Supreme People’s Assembly of the DPRK.
Kim Jong Sun, chairwoman of the SWUK Central Committee, made a report to be followed by speeches.
A relevant resolution was adopted at the meeting after a study of a draft resolution was made.
