The field of chemical industry dovetails the economic work to speed up confidently the prospective plan for establishing independent chemical industry relying on domestic raw materials, accelerate the nitrogenous fertilizer production capacity expansion project and the reconstruction of sodium carbonate production process and produce and supply enough raw materials for light industry, fertilizer and main chemical goods.
The field of electric power industry pushes ahead with the hydraulic power generation and the thermal power generation at the same time, putting main stress on the former, annually increases the power production by natural energy, repairs, maintains, modernizes and localizes the generating equipment and puts the production on a scientific basis.
The field of coal industry has taken detailed steps to secure enough reserve coalfields, improve the production conditions and develop new coal mines by giving precedence to prospecting and tunneling, normalize the production and provide a firm guarantee for the prospective production.
The railway transport sector pushes ahead with the work to carry raw and other materials and equipment in time by rebuilding the overall railways and making the most of the existing transport capacity.
The fields of machine-building and mining industries are purposefully carrying out the work to develop and produce modern and efficient mechanical products and develop and use the underground resources of the country in a unified and effective way.
