This is the song "We Are the Happiest in the World", a song favoured by orphans in particular, in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
From olden times an orphan was regarded as the most miserable child. Perhaps it means that for the children, parents are the protector of their life whom they cannot live apart from even a moment as well as all of their happiness.
In the DPRK, however, there are children who lost their parents but not a child with sorrow of orphan.
The story of the respected Kim Jong Un who visited the Pyongyang Primary School for Orphans on February 1, Juche 106(2017) is still kept deep in the hearts of all people as a valuable memory.
That day the orphans were so happy to see him again that they rushed to him, calling him "father". Two years before Kim Jong Un had visited the orphanage and wished them to enjoy good luck and grow stoutly in good health in the New Year.
He inspected a class at work and went round the bedrooms and a dining hall of the hostel, a clinic and a foodstuff storehouse to learn in detail if there were any inconveniences in the life of the orphans. He looked like their father.
He said with pleasure: Looking round the school, I feel as if I have been to the fairyland. I am happy to think that the orphans would like it.
Before leaving the school, he asked its officials and teaching staff time and again to look after the orphans instead of himself so that they could grow up uprightly, vivaciously, brightly and cheerfully with no sorrow and shade in their minds.
The children of the baby homes, orphanages, and primary and middle schools for orphans across the country are all my sons and daughters. It is said that the richest of rich people is the man with many children. I am the richest in this sense.
Always saying so, he feels very pleased.
The orphans are growing stoutly as happy children and masters of the future with nothing to envy in the world, singing that their father is the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un and their home is the bosom of the Workers' Party of Korea.
They have the dreams to be a well-known doctor, scientist, artiste, hero and so on.
