The Kyongsong Insulator Factory in North Hamgyong Province of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea is pushing ahead with the work to make the producers masters of science and technology in a methodological manner.
Not only technicians but all other employees of the factory are involved in the technical innovations for increasing production while saving raw and other materials and manpower to the maximum.
Officials of the factory organize the sci-tech successes exhibition and clever conception presentation on a regular basis and encourage all the workers to participate in them.
They value the inventions and technical innovation proposals presented by the workers, though trivial, and persistently help complete and introduce them into production.
In those days, the sheet metal processing workshop and the casting workshop remodelled major parts of the induction furnace and introduced rational jigs and equipment and other technical innovation proposals and inventions into production.
And a number of problems arising in normalized production, recycling and management of the factory were solved.
The factory steadily improves the technical knowledge and skills of its employees through operation of the sci-tech learning space and passing-on-technique.
Thanks to the creative efforts of the workers of the factory, electric equipment and insulators are produced and supplied in time to the socialist construction sites including the Tanchon Power Station project.
