Ri Son Gwon, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea sent a message of congratulations to foreign minister Saleumxay Kommasith on the occasion of the 46 th founding anniversary of the Lao People's Democratic Republic on December 2.
