It is the general objective of education in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to develop education into theone to which we can entrust our future.
So the educational sector is trying to constantly update the educational contents and methods and teaching management system according to the trend of development of modern education and the pedagogical demand and raise the ability and qualifications of the teachers in charge of the educational revolution.
Researchers of the Educational Information Exchange Company under the Education Commission are devoting their efforts to such work.
They have developed different kinds of education supporting programs and educational programs including the school education supporting program "My School" and the virtual study supporting program "Maths Games", giving a great help to the instruction of teachers and the study of students.
Section Chief So Kyong Ae says:
"We are now trying to develop a greater number of teaching supporting programs applying the virtual reality and the artificial intelligence technology according to the world trend of development of education and other educational programs which can give a practical help to the out-of-school studies of the students. We are also making researches to develop many programs which help the students take an active part in the study, learn science through their life and apply their knowledge to practice. Better programs will be developed in the future, making a contribution to training the students as creative talents."
The researchers keep researching to complete the educational programs and education supporting programs for schools, grades and subjects to bring up the students as good talents with a wide range of knowledge, noble morality and a strong physique. They are precious assistants of the teachers who are directly in charge of education.
