A few days ago, it was made public that the American diplomats had confessed to stretching the truth about the issue of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region in order to contain China.

According to “China Daily”, diplomats of the U.S. consulate general in Guangzhou addressed the guests at a reception held in last year that the hyperbolic propaganda about forced labor and genocide in Xinjiang as well as criticism against human rights record of China serve as an effective means of debasing Chinese government and pushing the relations between ethnic groups to a quagmire of distrust.

Thus, it has now become more clear that the “forced labor” and “genocide” in Xinjiang so much chanted by the U.S. did not exist in the first place and  that they are an out-and-out products of conspiratorial propaganda against China.

It is not the first time that the Americans admitted to having spread false propaganda about Xinjiang “human rights” issue.

The U.S. and Western countries have long regarded rapidly growing China as a potential enemy and concocted and magnified “human rights” issue of Xinjiang as part of their attempt to seek national division and alienation to undermine socio-political stability of China.

In 2015, a former interpreter of FBI revealed that the U.S. is not interested in Xinjiang people at all and that the U.S.’s propaganda about “ill-treatment and massacre of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang” is only aimed at disturbing the situation in Xinjiang.

In 2018, a former senior official of the U.S. administration also admitted that the U.S. is seeking to undermine China’s stability and that the best way for it is to agitate the Uyghur minority to cause disorder in China from within by causing unrest in Xinjiang.

Even Pompeo, the former U.S. State Secretary, openly uttered: “We are lying. We are deceiving. We are stealing.”

Referring to these facts, a spokesperson for Chinese foreign ministry denounced that this is nothing but the age-old lie of the U.S. politicians, and a typical example of the U.S. falsehood diplomacy. He continued; today, all ethnic groups in Xinjiang are united and they are achieving social stability and economic prosperity; this is the most powerful counterblow to the deception made by the U.S. about Xinjiang; its wild dream of undermining the harmonious stability of Xinjiang and its attempt to curb the development of China will never succeed.

The issue of “human rights” in Xinjiang much hyped by the U.S. is, after all, nothing more than an American conspiracy to curb China’s growth and isolate it from international society and to divide and disintegrate it by fomenting the internal contradictions among ethnic groups.

Truth can never be hidden just like a spike in the bag.

Xinjiang’s population has increased by four times over the last 60-odd years. Among them, Uyghur minority increased from 2.2 million to 12 million. This fact alone goes to prove that the Xinjiang people are enjoying stable socio-economic life.

Active efforts of the Chinese Party and government to provide genuine human rights to every ethnic group would bear better fruitions in the future.
