On July 15, the Japanese foreign minister unreasonably took issue with our recognition of the independence of People’s Republic of Donetsk and the People’s Republic of Lugansk, insisting that “north Korea’s decision to ratify Russian act is a breach of the resolution of the United Nations General Assembly”.
Japan’s accusation about the exercise of our legitimate diplomatic sovereignty is quite a senseless act coming out of its ignorance about the ABCs of international law and relations.
We are developing relations with various countries strictly according to the justice and its national interests on the basis of the foreign policy ideas of independence, peace and friendship. Here it does never read anybody’s face.
Japan, following the example of the U.S., its master, is talking this and that about things that have no connection with it. This only betrays its true colors as a political dwarf and stooge without any principle or definite opinion.
The more Japan picks on our country, the more it hardens our perception that Japan is merely the 51 st state of the U.S.
Japan should refrain from doing a foolish act of piling up only sediments of mistrust in the relations between the DPRK and Japan by meddling uninvited in the work that has nothing to do with it. Japan should be prudent. And it should control itself.
