U.S. Hegemonism – “Trigger ” for War

Date: 31/08/2022 | Source: Ministry of Foreign Affairs (EN) | Read original version at source

The 10 th conference on international security was held in Moscow on August 16.

Attending the forum were more than 700 representatives from more than 70 countries and 6 international organizations, including defense ministers from 35 countries.

In the video speech at the conference, President Putin criticized the U.S. and the West for their moves against the creation of multipolar world as well as their acts of aggravating the situation. He stressed that the U.S. is interfering in the internal affairs of sovereign countries to maintain its hegemony by means of provocation, regime change, incitement to civil war etc., while employing threat, blackmail and pressure as tools of forcing them to follow its will.

He stated that this is an impudent act of violating the sovereignty of other countries and denying the fulfilment of international obligation. He added that Russia would strive to build a just world where the rights of every nation and cultural diversity are ensured.

As the international media comment unanimously, it is the stereotyped trick of the U.S. to foment disorder and chaos, indulging itself in interference in the internal affairs of other countries for the sake of its wild ambition for world hegemony, and the prevailing Ukrainian crisis proved once again that the U.S. hegemonism is the “trigger” for wars all across the world.

They are also raising the voice of denunciation for the U.S., saying that it is forming military alliances such as “Quad” and “AUKUS” to incite them to conflicts with regional countries, undermining the global security structure, only to pursue the sinister intention of maintaining its hegemony.

The reality corroborates that the U.S. is indeed the wrecker of world peace and a chieftain of war which dares to do anything to realize its wild ambition for world hegemony. It also illustrates that the U.S. anachronistic ambition for hegemony would never escape from denunciation and rejection from all countries aspiring to the establishment of a fair international order.
