President of State Affairs Kim Jong Un congratulates Chinese President   Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message to Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and President of the People's Republic of China.

Over the past 73 years, the Chinese party, government and people have achieved remarkable successes in the accomplishment of the socialist cause, overcoming all sorts of challenges and trials of history.

The Chinese government and people entered a new historic course of building a basically rich society and a modern socialist state in an all-round way under the leadership of the Communist Party of China with you at its core after the 18th Congress of the party.

We are truly rejoiced over all successes made by the Chinese party, government and people as over our own.

The Chinese people will greet the 20th Congress of the Communist Party of China which will provide a new milestone in the socialist construction.

I am convinced that the dream of rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will certainly be realized thanks to your leadership and the Chinese people rallied around the party.
