The Pyongyang General Electric Cable Factory 326 produces many inventors.
Worker Pae Jong Sop at the Cable Workshop is one of them.
He would acquire technical knowledge including electricity and chemistry in the sci-tech learning space at his leisure.
Once, he was involved in a technical innovation group before anybody else when the workshop was building a new production process. He presented a technical innovation proposal after his painstaking speculation and efforts. When his proposal played a big part in establishing the new production process, people unanimously praised him as a treasure of the factory.
Pae Jong Sop says:
"At that time I got to know the truth that more wealth can be created by speculation and pursuit of a worker, rather than the sweat he sheds in front of the machine."
In recent years, Pae Jong Sop has made a number of valuable technical innovations and inventions for recycling raw and other materials, giving a lot of profits to the state.
In high appreciation of his merits, the state awarded him the Model Worker Prize in February last year and provided him with a luxury house in Kyongru-dong this year.
Only the working people of intellectual style can do more work for the country.
This is the faith of inventor Pae Jong Sop.
