Kim Sin Hyang is an educator of Chungsong Senior Middle School of Technology in Rangnang District, Pyongyang, who brings up students into talents who are possessed of active cogitative and creative faculties.
Ten years ago, she started her career at the school after graduation from the Math Faculty of Kim Chol Ju University of Education.
How can I transfer more knowledge to students easily and let them remember what they learned forever? She always thought of it from the first day as a lecturer.
She made painstaking efforts to master the method of raising the leading role of a lecturer by improving concentration of students and the ability to create a natural teaching atmosphere of keeping step with students who are full of curiosity with a strong desire for learning.
Her lecture gave students deep impression and stimulated them to be more active at studying with confidence.
Not long ago, the relevant officials in the district organized an inspection of her classwork about the application of conic section.
Before giving her lecture, she led students to find by themselves the answer to the concept of conic section in the relationship with various phenomena they often witness in their life. And she explained their answer in connection with physical concept about the movement of object.
Students made a program showing the tracks of an object’s movement in a minute while listening to her explanation, striking inspectors with admiration.
For her all-round knowledge and attractive and fluent oratory, she was always highly appreciated in the teaching contests and experience sharing which were held not only in district but in city.
She was honoured with the title of October 8 Model Teacher.
She devotes herself to the education of the rising generations.
