Fools' thinking and deeds make them laughingstock of the world.

We just watch the moves of the south Korean fools just for fun, rather than for confrontation.

This prompts me to ridicule them once again.

As I watched them yesterday alone, they just guessed and assessed in their own way. Ridiculous!

I'd like to make some pints clear.

An alleged expert of the Military Research Institute of south Korea told the media that it took nine hours and 22 minutes to fire the missile after an order issued, in a desperate effort to underestimate our preparedness of missile forces. Perhaps, he would have nothing to do except counting the time.

They make unreasonable analysis this or that. Is is because they are so foolish or fussy, I don't know why.

They may feel self-comfort even a little for their far-fetched underestimation and assessment.

We didn't reveal the content of the whole text of the written order issued by our supreme leadership.

According to the order issued that day, it was demanded that the area around the launching ground be strictly blockaded, men and equipment evacuated and safety measures taken in the morning and the missile surprisingly launched at a favorable and right time in the afternoon.

This made our soldiers choose the most correct time for firing between 15:30 hours and 19:45 hours, considering the firing ranges according to the climatic condition and after the enemy's seven reconnaissance planes in the air landed.

To my thought, it seems that the south Korean military make an habitual excuse, perhaps today or tomorrow, that they grasped the missile launch of the north beforehand and were making an intensive watch with intelligence assets.

It is clear that, referring to the no moves of their reconnaissance planes, they would insist that though the planes did not move, they were watching us by special means and ways under the "close cooperation of south Korea and US intelligence organs" and release poor excuse that the detailed content cannot be revealed for the fear of exposure of military intelligence assets.

Surprise launch does not mean the time taking from the issue of order to the launch.

I'd like talk about the missile fuel systems turning into ampoules.

It is senseless and stupid that they estimate other's technology as they like only after consulting the scientific and technological data, without any experience in making.

Referring to a photograph made public by Japan, an honorary researcher of the Scientific and Technological Policy Institute released against such an argument that it seems that the reentry of the warhead failed.

They are too ignorant to distinguish in the photograph the second-stage flight object separated from the warhead and understand the truth that the distance of the second-stage flight objects separated from the warhead would naturally be close during the vertical launch.

As I once explained the other day, if the reentry of the warhead into the outer space fails, it is impossible to get the signal data of the warhead until the moment of impact.

What the greenhorns ignorant of such a conception, the so-called experts, say groundlessly may comfort them, but in fact, the crisis faced by the United States and south Korea will not change as they desire and only confusion will be created in having a correct understanding of the dangerous situation.

I say for sure that we possessed the satisfactory technique and capability and what is left at present is to concentrate on increasing the number of force

It would be better for them not to doubt or concern other's technology but to worry about the measures for defending themselves, I think.

It is clearly known that recently the strategic striking means of US forces are active in the area of the Korean peninsula.

I avail myself of this opportunity to make it a fait accompli once again that we closely examine the state of influence it gives to the security of our state and will take corresponding countermeasure if it is judged to cause any concern. 

The number of using the Pacific as our firing range depends on the character of the action of US forces.

I confirm once again that there is no change in our will to make the top-class fanatics straining the situation pay dearly.
