Officials and members of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea from across the country made a study tour of the revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt. Paektu between July 29 and August 4.
During the march they keenly felt once again the greatness of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who had provided immortal grand programmes to bring about radical change in the work for education in the revolutionary traditions and led the people to carry forward stoutly the revolutionary tradition of the Paektu making his way through virgin snow.
At the education yard before the bronze statue of the great leader Kim Jong Il in the city of Samjiyon of Ryanggang Province, they held a meeting on the 4th to renew their will to accomplish the Juche-oriented cause of building a powerful socialist country true to the ideology and leadership of Kim Jong Un.
During the march they billeted outdoors like the anti-Japanese guerrillas, conducted political and cultural activities and visited the Samjiyon Revolutionary Museum and the Samjiyon Potato Farina Production Factory.
