Choe Son Hui, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), on March 12 sent a congratulatory message to Qin Gang upon his appointment as state councilor and foreign minister of the People’s Republic of China.
The message said that the traditional DPRK-China friendship with socialism as its core is powerfully demonstrating its peculiar vitality and invincibility even under the unprecedentedly complicated international political situation.
