Enlarged plenary meetings of the Party Committees of the Ministry of Railways, the Ministry of Land and Marine Transport, the Pyongyang Construction Commission, the State Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports were held between the 14th and the 17th to carry out the decisions of the Seventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Present at the meetings were members and alternate members of those Party Committees and officials concerned as observers.
The meetings reviewed the work in 2022 for implementing the programme of rural revolution in the new era. They discussed and decided on the measures to carry out the policy-oriented tasks presented to their sectors and units this year on the basis of the idea and spirit of the Seventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Party Central Committee.
Reports were made at the meetings.
The meetings called for inspiring all the Party organizations and Party members to hitting at any cost the grain production target set by the Party this year and successfully attaining the prospective goal of rural development and for dynamically giving policy-oriented and political guidance to implement the Party's decisions.
