There are children's palaces and Children's Union camps in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea where the children are kings of the country.
Thousands of schoolchildren fully develop their talents at one hundred and tens of circle rooms a day at the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace built in the capital city of Pyongyang in 1989.
On May 30, Juche 103(2014) the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un looked round the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace and stressed the need to rebuild it.
He gave instructions on the reconstruction of the palace on one hundred and tens of occasions and guided hundreds of miniatures.
When he called at the rebuilt palace on November 30 the next year, he said: It was a huge and difficult project to rebuild the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace. But we spared nothing for it because it was an important work to defend the bright laughter and happiness of the children and their laughter could lead to the cheers of victory in socialism.
Kim Jong Un had the creations for the rising generations built wonderfully with the outlook on posterity that the loss of the state for the rising generations cannot be called so and nothing should be spared for the children.
He finds his greatest pleasure in doing something great for the children and hearing them laugh boisterously and sing songs loudly.
While giving field guidance to the Pyongyang Children's Foodstuff Factory, he earnestly called for producing a larger amount of tasty and nutritious foodstuffs, always bearing in mind that the normalized production is just the way to defend the laughter of the children. At the Mindulle Notebook Factory, he stressed the need not to stop the production even a moment for the bright laughter and happiness of the children.
And when he visited the Pyongyang Bag Factory, he beamed all over his face, saying he is pleasant to think of the children who would laugh boisterously, going to and from school with the homemade smart schoolbags on their shoulders.
He often said we are making revolution, though difficult, to defend the laughter of the children.
The Korean children are leading a more cheerful life in the bosom of Kim Jong Un who regards their bright laughter as the most precious wealth that cannot be bartered for or replaced with anything.
Our society will be full of greater animation and vigour and our national power be more strengthened in coming 20 or 30 years.
