The 42nd candlelight rally and demonstration took place in Seoul on the 3rd in demand of traitor Yoon Suk Yeol's resignation.
The candlelight rally was held under the subject; "Yoon Suk Yeol's Resignation Is Precisely Peace!". Present there were tens of thousand people from all walks of life including workers, peasants, students and citizens.
Speakers said a dangerous situation has been created on the Korean peninsula where a war may break out because of traitor Yoon Suk Yeol crazy for confrontation.
They called for "restoring the violated sovereignty with the candlelights carried by tens of millions of people and handing peace down to the posterity".
Then, they made the "42nd grand candlelight march in demand of Yoon Suk Yeol's resignation and special inspection of Kim Kon Hui".
Earlier, south Korean organizations of all strata including the "Joint Action of Labour, Civic, Social and Religious Organizations for the Struggle for Martyr Yang Hoe Dong", and the Construction Workers' Union and the Public Transport and Service Trade Union under the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions held a rally and denounced traitor Yoon Suk Yeol for his traitorous achievements and murderous misrule.
Media said: Despite the hot weather of the early summer, many people have come out into the streets and cried for Yoon Suk Yeol's resignation. They shouted; "Yoon Suk Yeol, Step Down!", "War Maniac, Resign!" and "Candlelight Will Win!"
