Kim Yun Mi released a commentary titled "Hysterical Outbursts of Political Layman and Diplomatic Idiot" as regards the fact that south Korean puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol malignantly slandered the relations between the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Russia even at the 78th Session of the UN General Assembly.

The commentary said:

Yoon Suk Yeol, devoid of elementary political knowledge and common sense of international relations at all, played a hired mouthpiece and speaker of the United States to vilify the traditional DPRK-Russia friendly and cooperative relations as a "provocation directly aimed at their security and peace" and a "grave challenge to peace of the region and the whole world". To crown all, he made a preposterous remark that "his allies and friendly nations will not remain an onlooker to it".

It is extremely natural and normal to have friendly relations between the neighbouring countries and it doesn't matter. Especially, the development of friendship and cooperation between the nations is a legitimate right of a sovereign state and the basis of peace and stability of the region and the world.

Arousing public attention against Yoon Suk Yeol's outbursts, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs criticized that Seoul seems to be depending more on conjecture and speculation in mapping out a policy concerning Russia and it creates a negative atmosphere and evokes disappointment.

The entity of the political layman inviting only international trouble and diplomatic tragedy within and without has been already revealed all over the world. In January this year he went to the United Arab Emirates and thoughtlessly slandered a regional state forming historic and friendly relations with it as the "enemy", causing diplomatic criticism. Some time ago, he changed the usual way of expression of "south Korea, China and Japan" into that of "south Korea, Japan and China", causing another trouble and inviting the ridicule of the Chinese media.

It is quite self-evident that he cannot understand the profound and immense meaning of the development of the DPRK-Russia friendly relations with such head like a dustbin. Yoon Suk Yeol likes to change the keynote of foreign policy in a moment as if children play upon words and understands the relations between the nations as only dichotomy of relations between friend and foe. It is as good as tarnishing the image of the United Nations that such idiot spoke at the Session of the UN General Assembly, the greatest diplomatic theatre.

Nobody will lend an ear to the hysterical frenzy of the south Korean puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol with disgraceful stigmas like "political cub", "diplomatic idiot" and "ignorant and incompetent ruler". The external policy of our state aspiring after establishing the order of a fair and just new world for the cause of independence of humanity will not be tied to anything and the friendly and cooperative relations with our intimate neighbouring countries will be constantly developed, the commentary added.
