I, on behalf of the Workers' Party of Korea, the government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the entire Korean people, send warm congratulations to you Comrade General Secretary, the Communist Party of China, the government of the People's Republic of China and the fraternal Chinese people on the 74th founding anniversary of the People's Republic of China.
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Chinese people have waged a vigorous struggle to build socialism and achieve national prosperity, overcoming all sorts of challenges and trials of history in firm unity around the Communist Party of China.
Over the past 10-odd years, the Communist Party of China with you Comrade General Secretary at its core has achieved remarkable successes in the cause of building the party and the state by uniting and inspiring the whole party and all the people under the banner of the socialist idea with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
Our Party, government and people are rejoiced over all successes made by the Chinese party, government and people as over their own.
