DPRK Ambassador to China Clarifies Stand on Japan-proposed Contact

Ri Ryong Nam, DPRK Ambassador to China, made public the following stand on the contact proposed by the Japanese side:

An official concerned of the Japanese embassy in Beijing proposed a contact through an e-mail to a councilor of the DPRK embassy on March 28.

We have nothing to talk with the Japanese side.

I make it clear once again that the DPRK has no reason to meet with the Japanese side at any level.
