Pyongyang, April 21 (KCNA) -- The Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) is an invincible revolutionary party which is great in ideology and winning victory after victory by dint of ideology, says Rodong Sinmun Sunday in an article.
Steadfast is the determination and will of the WPK to actively overcoming difficulties and obstacles and bring earlier everything of the future and build an ideal society of the people as early as possible by holding fast to the Juche-oriented theory of giving importance to ideology as an ever-victorious weapon, the article says, and goes on:
It is very important for the party struggling to shape the destiny of the masses to thoroughly apply the correct revolutionary leadership principle, political philosophy.
The WPK has clarified a unique theory on giving precedence to ideology in the revolution and construction on the basis of the scientific solution that ideological consciousness plays a decisive role in man’s activities. The Juche-oriented theory of giving importance to ideology that ideology is basic in the revolution and construction and that nothing is impossible when one holds fast to ideology is the principle of leadership and political philosophy our Party has consistently maintained. This made it possible for our Party to guide the revolution and construction for a long period of nearly 80 years and write the longest history of a socialist ruling party shining with great victory and success.
The difficulties and hardships lying in our advance and the tasks to be fulfilled are huge today when a dynamic struggle to realize our far-reaching ambition and ideal is in full swing. But our Party, despite difficulties and shortages, has unfolded a grand blueprint for comprehensive national rejuvenation and led our country to a steady upsurge and leap forward confidently and admirably. This is not because it has titanic wealth and resources but because it firmly believes in the strength of ideology, the irresistible mental power displayed by all the people.
Invincible is the cause of the WPK which holds fast to the Juche-oriented theory of displaying importance to ideology as the immutable revolutionary leadership principle and political philosophy. -0-
