112th birthday of President Kim Il Sung marked in Russia Meetings, seminars on the exploits of the great leader Kim Il Sung, photo exhibitions and other events took place at the Soviet Peace Foundation of Russia, the Maritime Territorial Branch Committee, the Amur Regional Branch Committee and the Khabarovsk Territorial Branch Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the Sevastopol City Committee of the Lenin Young Communist League of the Russian Federation, the Maritime Territorial Branch of the All-Russian War Veterans Social Organization "Militant Fraternity" and the Far East State Science Library between the 8th and the 16th on the occasion of his 112th birth anniversary.
The events were attended by personages of the Russian government, political parties, organizations and institutions and other people. Speakers at the events praised Kim Il Sung as a peerlessly great man recognized by the world and stressed that the long historical root and tradition of the Russia-DPRK friendship provided by him are strengthened and developed day by day amid the deep concern of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
A message of greetings to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the event held by the Soviet Peace Foundation of Russia.
Meanwhile, an event was held in Sochi on the 5th to mark the 112th birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung and the 5th anniversary of Kim Jong Un's historic visit to the Russian Federation.
