The Workers' Party of Korea is making its work and activities run through the people-first principle under the slogan "Let the whole Party make selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the great people!".
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the WPK, leads all the Party organizations and officials to grip the hearts of the people and solve all problems with the motherly love, saying the single-hearted unity is the mainstay of revolution and the popular sentiments are that of the single-hearted unity.
In December Juche 105(2016) there was held the then First Conference of Chairpersons of Primary Committees of the WPK, the first of its kind, in the history of the Party.
At the conference Kim Jong Un made a historic conclusion "On Strengthening the Primary Committees of the Party".
In the conclusion he stressed that the party officials should master the people-centred philosophy, the noble outlook of the Party on the people, and become true servants and overcautious mothers making selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the people.
And he said the whole course of work and life of the party officials should be run through with the selfless devotion to the people.
It represented his earnest request for the party officials to thoroughly apply it to all their work and life to serve, look after and love the people with the motherly affection.
Kim Jong Un calls at factories, farms and construction sites rain or shine to provide the people with a happy life, calling them great people.
The might of our single-hearted unity is strengthened in every way thanks to his energetic leadership and great devotion for the people.
