Kim Tok Hun, Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), sent a congratulatory message on May 13 to Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin on his re-appointment as Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.
In the message, he said that Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin has displayed high professionalism and experienced organizing ability while working as the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation for the past four years and thus greatly contributed to achieving remarkable socio-economic successes by resolutely overcoming the unprecedented difficulties and trials caused by COVID-19 pandemic and the hostile forces’ harsh economic sanctions.
Expressing expectation that the traditional DPRK-Russia friendly and cooperative relations would grow stronger under the wise leadership of the top leaders of the two countries, he wished the Prime Minister bigger success in his responsible work for attaining the national economic development goals set forth by President Putin and improving the material and cultural life of the Russian people.
