The Sariwon Schoolchildren’s Shoes Factory was newly built and inaugurated in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
The modernly-equipped factory will supply on a regular basis quality and diverse trainers and other shoes to schoolchildren in the province.
Its inaugural ceremony took place on the spot on June 20.
Present there were Pak Chang Ho, chief secretary of the North Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, officials in the province, builders and employees of the factory.
Kim Son Il, chairman of the North Hwanghae Provincial People’s Committee, made an inaugural address, to be followed by speeches.
That day, officials in the province visited the renovated North Hwanghae Provincial Medicine Management Office.
