Modern houses have been built at Paegam and Tonae farms in Jangjin County and the Songjong Farm in Riwon County of South Hamgyong Province of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
Ceremonies of moving into new houses took place on the spots.
Present there were Wi Chol Su and Kim Yong Hak, secretaries of the South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, officials from the province and counties, builders and agricultural workers.
House licences were handed over and speeches were made.
Officials visited the new houses to congratulate their owners amid the cheerful dancing parties.
People’s laughter and songs were heard at every house of the fairyland villages thriving under the care of the WPK.
