The second-day sitting of the Tenth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea was held on June 29 amid the great attention and expectation of all the Party members and other people who are stepping up the historic advance for the comprehensive rejuvenation of Korean-style socialism, united under the banner of patriotism.

He made an important speech clarifying the main orientation of the work for the second half of the year and important tasks for resolving the immediate policy-oriented issues.
