Marking the 79th founding anniversary of the Workers’ Party of Korea, agricultural workers and members of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea held a study session on reminiscences of virtues of the peerlessly great men on October 8 at the hall of culture in Phungjong-ri, Jungsan County, South Phyongan Province.
Kim Kum Chol, director of a department of the Central Committee of the UAWK, explained the main content of the reminiscence titled, “Story Associated with the Flag and Emblem of Our Party,” followed by speeches.
Speakers stressed that all the Korean people are filled with confidence and optimism that as they have the Workers’ Party of Korea which is dignified with the names of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il and led by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , they would always emerge victorious and be greeted with all kinds of honours.
They expressed their determination to study the immortal exploits of the Party which unfolded the far-reaching revolutionary strategy to realize the centuries-old desire of the local people and usher in a new history of regional rejuvenation, a new era of regional transformation and development, and take the lead in implementing Party policies.
They called for repaying the trust of the Party which has put them forward as those responsible for grain production with increased agricultural production by making patriotic efforts to conclude this year’s farming.
Among the audience were officials of the UAWK Central Committee, officials concerned and agricultural workers in the county.
