We, members of youth shock brigade engaged in the rehabilitation projects in the flood-afflicted areas in North Phyongan Province, are burning with bitter hatred for the ROK puppets who committed the extremely heinous political provocation in the sacred airspace of our Republic.
Previously we were filled with pride in the fact that we are building structures for the people, precious assets, which will be handed down from one generation to the next, on this socialist country, our life itself. But now the pride has been replaced with the strong will to annihilate the enemy.
How could they venture to do so! We cannot leave them to their own devices any longer. We will annihilate them at one stroke. Once the Party issues an order, we will take up arms and rush to the front. All of us have become human rifles and bombs.
