A national presentation of technical experience and exhibition of scientific research achievements in the agricultural sector took place at the Grand People’s Study House from November 21 to 28 under the sponsorship of the Academy of Agricultural Science.
Presented to the presentation, divided into 12 panels including agriculture, seed and pomiculture, were more than 950 papers and experience data. Presented to the exhibition were more than 7 700 exhibits of over 860 kinds.
Highly appreciated there were scientific farming methods for ensuring the stable and sustainable development of the country’s agricultural production and proposals conducive to changing the structure of grain production, stepping up the farming processes and minimizing the aftermath of disastrous abnormal weather.
Present at a closing ceremony held on November 28 were officials, scientists, teachers, postgraduate students and others in the agricultural sector and the scientific and educational institutions, including the Agricultural Commission and the Academy of Agricultural Science.
Ri Chol Man, vice-premier of the Cabinet and chairman of the Agricultural Commission, made a closing address.
