The socialist system of our country puts the people’s welfare as the supreme principle of the state activities and implements superior popular policies to this end. This year, too, our people are happy to see the bountiful produce from the large-scale greenhouse farm and tree nursery located in the Jungpyong area of Kyongsong, a county in the northern part of our country.
The area was once an important military base. However, it was withdrawn to make way for a large-scale greenhouse farm and tree nursery to improve the people’s living in North Hamgyong Province. Such grand plans for their construction was unfolded by respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , the father of the people who cherishes ardent love for the people and would grow flowers on rocks for them.
He personally inspected the dusty military base twice to choose the site for construction, and saw to it that a powerful building force is dispatched. Thanks to his burning devotion and tireless efforts, our country’s northern frontier now boasts of a modern greenhouse farm and tree nursery that are by no means worse than any other.
On December 3, 2019, a ceremony was held for the inauguration of the Jungphyong Greenhouse Farm and Tree Nursery – precious assets of the socialist fatherland for promoting cultured living and welfare of the people. At the opening ceremony, respected Comrade Kim Jong Un cut the tape and made a meaningful speech. His words still touch the heartstrings of all the Korean people even today.
He said that he feels close to all the people no matter far or near they are, and that he wishes nothing more than the greenhouse farm to contribute to the people’s diet in North Hamgyong province. Such sincere words coming from the benevolent father once again filled the hearts of our people with pride and happiness of holding in high esteem the greatest father in the world.
It is the wish of the President of the State Affairs to make our people lead an affluent and cultured life with nothing to envy in the world. Under his benevolent guidance, a socialist cultured city is being built in the northern border area and every province echoes with rural and regional development. As such, creations of love for the people mushroom across the country and our Party’s long-cherished ambitions are becoming a brilliant reality.
