Comrade Pak Thae Song received a congratulatory message from Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on December 30, 2024 upon his appointment as Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).
In the message, Pham Minh Chinh noted that the traditional relations of friendship between Vietnam and the DPRK, personally established and cultivated by President Ho Chi Minh and President Kim Il Sung with great efforts, have steadily consolidated and developed.
Expressing belief that the cooperative relations between Vietnam and the DPRK would continue to develop with dynamism thanks to the shared concern and efforts of the leaders and peoples of the two countries and contribute to regional and global peace, stability and cooperation, he wished the Premier success in his new capacity.
