83rd birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il marked in Russia
Meetings, seminars, lectures, photo and stamp exhibitions and other colourful events took place at different units of Russia including the Moscow City Branch Committee, the Amur Regional Branch Committee, the Maritime Territorial Branch Committee and the Khabarovsk Territorial Branch Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Far East State Science Library and the Stamp Rus Stamp Company between February 11 and 18 on the occasion of the 83rd birth anniversary of the great leader Kim Jong Il.
Present at the events were many people including personages of political parties, the government, the Federal Assembly, organizations and institutions of Russia. Speakers eulogized the exploits performed by Kim Jong Il for building the revolutionary Party of Juche and his noble life as a popular leader and stressed that his exploits for party building are shining all the more thanks to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
Messages of greetings to Kim Jong Un were adopted at the events.
Meanwhile, a meeting was held at the Group for International Solidarity with the DPRK on February 15 on the same occasion.
