On April 16, 2024, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un cut the tape at the inauguration ceremony of modern 10 000 flats at the second stage in the Hwasong area.
In the previous year he unfolded a grand construction plan to build the second-stage section of the Hwasong area into a unique street of modern beauty and, on the day of groundbreaking, he pressed the button for blasting signalling the start of the project. He visited the construction site of the street again prior to its completion and meticulously led the builders to carry out the finishing processes flawlessly so that the street could be no inferior even in the distant future.
That day he expressed high expectations and belief that the builders of the capital city who had built far more than 30 000 modern flats in a matter of three years would as ever successfully attain the next-stage goals of the five-year plan for the capital city construction advanced at the Eighth Party Congress with pure patriotism and loyalty and revolutionary mettle so as to turn Pyongyang into a world-class civilized city befitting the might of powerful Korea in name and reality. Then he warmly wished happiness of all the families that received a new flat on Rimhung Street in auspicious April.
It is quite natural that the working people who moved to the modern street should proudly say that they live in a home warmly blessed by the great father of the people.
