The Ryongsong Meat Processing Factory has a milk workteam which turns out tasty and high-quality dairy products. Quality control comes as a top priority for the workteam with a complete set of production lines—filtration, sterilization, cooling, inoculation and fermentation of raw materials.
To this end, it has established a system of receiving fresh raw materials from ranches and scientifically preserving stock fungi, and produced quality lactic acid bacteria.
Its products are all natural functional goods free from any additives.
Many women speak highly of the milk, kefir and yogurt, saying that their peculiar taste makes their children want more once they have tasted them.
Butter, cheese and others are also on the list of workteam’s products.
They have been highly appreciated at different exhibitions and are popular among local and foreign customers.
Shortly ago, it has newly developed a new kind of yogurt based on red malt.
