Great ideas are transformed into great reality by great leadership.

The miraculous events and eye-opening successes on this land are by no means the result of good conditions and many things and the accumulation of time, but the fruition of the outstanding leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

Kim Jong Un solves all problems by relying on the masses of the people and enlisting their strength.

"Everything for the people and everything by relying on them!"--this is the principle of his leadership.

Kim Jong Un regards the demand and interests of the people as the starting point of all his work and carries out what they wish and desire without fail.

The construction of 50,000 flats in the city of Pyongyang, which is carried on between 2021 and 2025, is a huge project that cannot be carried out with an ordinary determination.

As the housing problem was the matter of greatest concern of the people, however, Kim Jong Un presented it as one of the major tasks at the Eighth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.

A new street was built in the capital city every year and new historical terms--"season of moving into new houses"--came into being under the leadership of the WPK which regards the people's happiness as its supreme desire.

Ko Kum Ryong, Section Chief of the Central Headquarters of Rural Construction, said with excitement that tens of thousands of dwelling houses have been built in one thousand and hundreds of rural villages over the past three years since Kim Jong Un put forward the programme of rural revolution in the new era, and continued:

"Going round the construction site for rehabilitating the flood-hit areas in Jagang Province in October last year, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un said new rural dwelling houses should be built in a diverse way to the extent that they could be said to be what is characteristic in a certain area. True to his lofty intention, more than 500 designers from all provinces, cities and counties have come to Pyongyang to step up the architectural designs for building different rural dwelling houses at the final stage. Kim Jong Un also gave precious instructions on making the newly-built rural villages be covered with green foliage while retaining landscapes."

All the creations built on this land including the Masikryong Ski Resort, the Yangdok Hot Spring Resort, the Okryu Children’s Hospital, the Ryugyong General Ophthalmic Hospital, large-scale greenhouse farms and regional-industry factories, the first entities of the "Regional Development 20×10 Policy" of the WPK, prove that everything serves the people and is run through with the work for them.

Kim Jong Un makes a breakthrough of victory by relying on the people and mobilizing them.

Even an egg, if loaded with ideology, can break a rock. Kim Jong Un always regarded it as his top-priority strategy to enlist the spiritual strength of the masses and increased their revolutionary, fighting and patriotic zeal.

When huge damage was caused by typhoon in South and North Hamgyong provinces in 2020, he sent an open letter to arouse the Party members in the capital city of Pyongyang to the damage rehabilitation, thus removing the traces of the catastrophe in more than 70 days.

And the malignant epidemic crisis in 2022, which can be called a great upheaval since the nation's founding, could be completely eliminated in 91 days thanks to the unity of the entire people and their virtue and affection of helping and taking good care of each other.

Making an uninterrupted field guidance tour, Kim Jong Un takes the people's demand into account and arouses them to bring about a history of miracles and changes.

Saying the hardship for the people is his job and he works hard to make the people happy, he found himself on dangerous railways whose roadbed was wet and vulnerable enough to collapse at any moment and went into the waist-deep submerged tideland-turned rice fields without hesitation.

His traces, loving care and painstaking efforts can be found and felt everywhere in this country.

Thanks to his devoted service for the people's well-being, all their desires come true and new victories are achieved one after another.
