New houses have been built for the working people of the Sangwon Farm in Unsan County, North Phyongan Province.
Modern dwelling houses, built in a cosy way to suit the characteristics of the region and in harmony with landscaping, are associated with the efforts of the officials and builders of Unsan County who devote their loyalty and patriotic enthusiasm to upholding the noble intention of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea to provide the agricultural workers with civilized living conditions and environment.
A ceremony of moving into new dwelling houses took place on the spot on July 10.
Present there were Kim Chol Sam, chief secretary of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials of the Party and power organs in Unsan County, builders and farmers, who would move into the houses.
Choe Yong Man, chairman of the North Phyongan Provincial People's Committee, made a congratulatory speech and licences for the use of dwelling houses were conveyed to be followed by speeches.
Farmers began to move into the new houses amid the congratulatory performance and cheerful dances.
Officials visited the families of agricultural workers to share impressions of moving into new houses and encouraged them to greet the Ninth Congress of the Party with proud successes of increased grain production.
