Pak Thae Song, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, other senior officials of the Party and the government, officials of the Party Central Committee and officials of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly, the Cabinet and the armed forces organs visited the Patriotic Martyrs Cemetery in Sinmi-ri on the 27th on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.
Present on the occasion were war veterans, meritorious persons in the wartime, bereaved families and working people in the city of Pyongyang.
The visitors laid flowers before the monument at the cemetery and paid a silent tribute to the memory of the martyrs.
